Keyman minor releases
Keyman 18.0.215 beta through 18.0.222 beta and Keyman 19.0.15 alpha through 19.0.18 alpha were released in this cycle.

- Handled non-BMP numeric entities in XML reader (#13365).
- Added validation of

- Design improvements for the Update tab in Keyman Configuration (#13555).

- Updated documentation (#13501).
- Linux
- Fixed build and run in Docker with different Ubuntu/Debian versions (#13537).
- Android
- Handled banner overrides independently for different device state (locked and unlocked) (#13546).

Keyboard updates
New keyboard
- A new Wakhi keyboard, an Arabic script keyboard for the Wakhi language, thanks to ChristopherFio (#3352, #3383)
- A new Lakeside keyboard for the Luo language, thanks to oyousuf (#3381)
- A new Ho Latin keyboard for Ho, which is also written using the Latin alphabet in addition to Warang Citi, thanks to Singitur (#3393)
- A new experimental Sahtu keyboard for specific Sahtu Kede accents and letters, and general Sahtu Kede typing, thanks to RavingRaven4 (#3350, #3382)
Keyboards enhancement
- Winchus keyboard v1.2: added new keyboard shortcuts and updated documents, thanks to alex-larkin (#3375)
- vietnam keyboard v1.0.4: added more consonants and fixed several bugs, thanks to Cathaylaboratory (#3386, #3387)
- Ho Latin keyboard v1.0.1: modified touch layout, thanks to Singitur (#3403)
- Taigi Viet Telex keyboard v3.1.1: fixed rule with broken index() statement (#3391)
- Khmer Angkor v2.1.1: replaced Mondulkiri fonts with Busra (#3344)
- Khmer Basic Keyboard v1.2.2: replaced Mondulkiri fonts with Busra (#3397)
- Chechen Latin Keyboard v1.2: improved keyboard layout (#3394)
- slp1_roman keyboard v1.0.1: added tablet touch layout (#3385)
- Tsakonian keyboard v1.1.0: updated font and changed keyboard to use RALT (#3401)
