Keyman Update for 15 August 2025

This blog reports on significant Keyman product and keyboard development updates over the period from 04 August 2025 — 15 August 2025.

Keyman minor releases

Keyman 19.0.94 alpha through 19.0.101 alpha were released in this cycle.

Significant updates in these versions include:

• Keyman for Android: 
  • Get keyboard default size before initializing (#14472)
  • Update app layout and target Android 15 (#14396, #14395)
• Improve the accuracy of predictive text suggestion (#14517)
• Update Spanish translation on Keyman for Windows, macOS and Android (#14464)

Keyboard updates

New keyboards

• The Wali keyboard is developed for the Wali (Waalɩɩ) language (Gur Language in Ghana) (#3663).
• The Tai Lanna (Thai Layout) keyboard enabled input of the Tai Tham Unicode script using a Thai-based layout (#3665, #3669).

Enhanced keyboards

• The Mon (SIL) keyboard v1.2 modified some keystrokes output of P, Z, eE, uU, oO, and '" (#3658).
