Keyman minor releases

Keyman 18.0.249-stable was released in this cycle to include:

• Keyman Developer
  • Support complex words for predictive text (#15777), with a technical blog explaining how it works.

Keyman 19.0.216-alpha through 19.0.221-alpha were also released in this cycle with more fixes:

• Keyman for macOS
  • Improve backspace rules for compliant apps (#15561)

Keyboard releases

Improved keyboards

• Lovely contributions from  dyacob:
  • The GeezWord ትግርኛ keyboard v18.2 corrects multi-tap and documentation (#3921).
  • The Geezword አማርኛ keyboard v18.1 updates ኤ key and documentation  (#3922).
• The vietnam keyboard v2.0.4 adds tone marks, ngã accent, and several letters (#3924). An appreciation to Cathaylaboratory,
• The EuroLatin (SIL) keyboard v3.0.5 removes entries for Fulfulde languages (#3928).
• The Baybayin keyboard v1.3.0 adds U+1735 (᜵) and U+1736 (᜶) onto comma and period keys (#3930, #3932). Much thanks to AgMenos47.
• The Vai Typewriter (Athinkra) keyboard v1.3.1 improves documentation (#3935).
