Keyman minor releases

Keyman 19.0.277-alpha through 19.0.285-alpha were released in this cycle. There are many significant changes:

Improved keyboards

• Appreciation to Cathaylaboratory for contributions on:
  • cantonese telex keyboard v4.0.5 adds the spelling rule of chh, ts, and hp (#4114)
  • Hong Kong keyboard v2.2.2 adds new spellings and new letters for loanwords (#4115)
  • kachin keyboard v1.0.1 fixes mistake codes for è and È and adds the guidance book (#4116)

New contributors

We welcome two new contributors to the team page. Thank you for helping Keyman to serve everyone better! During this release cycle, we recognize:

• Makis Solo updated the Pontic Greek keyboard to include (#4113):
  • Support desktop, mobile, and web (store(&TARGETS) 'any')
  • On-Screen Visual Keyboard (.kvks) for desktop support
  • Standard LICENSE.md, README.md, and documentation structure for Keyman repository submission
  • Embedded Pontic Sans font for correct diacritic positioning on all platforms
• seyiyao submitted the Koulango keyboard for writing Koulango in Latin characters (#4120)

Keyboard App Builder

Keyboard App Builder 14.5 was released on 10 September 2026. Keyboard App Builder takes a Keyman keyboard and bundles it into a standalone keyboard app for Android for ease of installation and use by end users.
