Keyman minor releases

Keyman 18.0.126 alpha through 18.0.131 alpha were released in this cycle.

Significant updates in these versions include:

  • Developer
    • Added documentation on Keyman MIME types (#12540)
  • MacOS:
    • Fixed missing alt layer on OSK (#12565)
    • Keys output correctly when selected on OSK (#12556)
  • Android:
    • Updated Khmer strings (#12574)
