Keyman minor releases
Keyman 18.0.252-stable was released in this cycle with notable changes:
- Keyman for Android 18.0.252 addresses a crash for predictive text and we recommend upgrading to this version as soon as possible if you are experiencing this problem. You can update Keyman immediaately in the Play Store app or by visiting keyman.com/android (Keyman will update automatically but that may take longer)
- Keyman Engine for Android 18.0.252 has been released and this out-of-band change requires an additional import in build.gradle for apps using it. Add:
implementation 'androidx.webkit:webkit:1.14.0'. This change is required due to a bug fix relating to a Chrome issue withimportScriptsand impacts any Keyman Engine for Android dependent app that uses lexical models (See #13862, #16628 for details)
Keyman 19.0.286-alpha through 19.0.293-alpha were also released in this cycle. There are many significant changes:

- Added the

Keyboard Updates
New keyboard
- The Tchad Arabe keyboard enables the typing of Chadian languages that use Arabic script, including all Arabic script special characters defined in the Chadian National Alphabet – thanks to Jeff Heath (#4133)
Improved keyboards
- The Jinland keyboard v3.0 uses
rto generate rising tone, changes the “erhua” from “r” to “l”, adoptsAlt+AandAlt+Oto generateâandôin disyllable words – much thanks to Cathaylaboratory (#4130) - The Luo Lakeside keyboard v1.0.2 fixes keyboard images in welcome documentation (#4136)
